Participating in the Inquiry

The Inquiry has received evidence from patients, families, the public and present and former hospital staff. It has also been actively collecting documentary material from a number of sources.

The Inquiry is now holding oral hearings in Stafford. It is not possible to hear oral evidence from everyone who has contacted the Inquiry, but all information provided to the Inquiry will be carefully considered and taken into account.

For the oral hearings, the Inquiry has sought to identify a representative sample of people whose experiences illustrate the themes of the Inquiry or which appear to require clarification or resolution of disputed facts. People who would like to submit written evidence are still able to do so and should contact the Inquiry.
